He’s on the move!

Despite Luke being able to hold his neck up since he was born, sit up very early and stand up (with some help) from about 4 months of age, crawling has eluded the poor fellow. No wonder – it seems dreadfully uncomfortable – hands, knees, hard floors … as I said, no wonder. Anyways – in the last little while he’s discovered army crawling. And he’s a pro.

He’s now finding himself in places he never knew existed:

On the other hand, sometimes he wishes he never found such places (sad face = stuck – he hasn’t learned how to go in reverse yet!):

And then he discovered our CD/DVD shelves. Not good. But since 99% of them are Tim’s, and Tim said “He’s a baby, that’s what they do”, we let him at them. After all, he DID manage to get himself to them.

“What? I’m just hanging out!”

“Hi Daddy!”

“Fawlty Towers … looks good!”

“Hmmm … what does this cord do?” (Luke makes a bee line for every cord he finds – laptop cords are now at 2 ft or higher)

“Now that I’ve made a mess of these box things – what’s next?”

Our Luke’s on the go! Wish us luck!
